 Welcome to Shades of Jade Tattoos! We are committed to providing our clients with a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable tattoo experience. To ensure the best possible service for all our clients, we have established the following shop policies:

1. Consultations:

- We offer complimentary consultations to discuss design ideas, placement, size and any questions or concerns our clients may have. Consultations can be scheduled in person or over the phone. 

2. Appointments:

- Clients are encouraged to schedule appointments one week in advance to secure their preferred tattoo session time. Walk-in clients are welcome, but availability cannot be guaranteed.

3. Design Approval:

- Clients must approve the final tattoo design before the tattooing process begins. Our artists will work closely with clients to ensure their vision is captured in the design.

4. Pricing & Deposits:

 Please be advised that our services have a minimum charge of $60.00*. Our services are billed at an hourly rate, and a deposit of $30.00 will be necessary to initiate the process. 

5. Minors:

- We adhere to local and state laws regarding tattooing minors. Clients must be 18 years of age or older to receive a tattoo. Valid photo identification is required for all clients.

7. Health and Safety:

- Our shop maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. All equipment and work surfaces are sanitized before and after each client. We use single-use, disposable needles and tubes for every tattoo.

8. Aftercare:

- Clients will receive detailed aftercare instructions to promote proper healing of their new tattoo. It is important to follow these instructions to ensure the best results.

9. Respect and Professionalism:

- We expect all clients to treat our artists and staff with respect. Any behavior deemed inappropriate or disrespectful will not be tolerated.

10. Refunds and Touch-Ups:

- Refunds are not offered for completed tattoos. However, we stand behind our work and offer complimentary touch-ups within a certain timeframe if needed.
